With a career in the mining industry around the world, Richard brings the experience of working in global mining businesses, and developing new business and ideas from international consulting firms.  Richard’s focus is on strategy and business development to help take Ore Search to be an exceptional service provider to all of its clients.

As a well respected and experienced businessman in Guinea, Kaman provides commercial leadership across West Africa.  He is an internationally qualified accountant and business director, and works to build and maintain strong relationships with all of our partners and to extend our services into new opportunities.

With a broad experience in the mining and drilling services industries, Halvden is the operational leader of the business in Guinea, managing the extensive team across multiple operating environments, logistics and health and safety.  He has worked with mining and drilling OEM’s and in operating and maintenance fields, giving him the adaptability and experience to lead our operations.

Daniel is a highly experienced drilling professional based in Brazil who has brought together a new team, client and operation in Brazil over the last six months.  With a focus on high performance and exemplary safety standards, Daniel is successfully mobilising Ore Search in a new country, with the capacity to deploy multiple rigs in the near future.
